Chapel Hill men’s soccer team wins state championship

The Chapel Hill High School men’s soccer team defeated Marvin Ridge High School, 1–0, on Saturday, November 17, to win the NCHSAA 3A Championship, capturing its second consecutive state title. Junior Kalvin Matischak, the game’s only goalscorer, was named Most Valuable Player.
